Online Membership Program

  • Weekly Group Calls

Mondays 5.30-6.30pm UK time group Zoom calls with Briony. (9.30-10.30am Pacific). We alternate weekly between singing sessions, and coaching sessions. In the singing session we sing, improvise, warm up, be creative, be heard, connect, have fun, receive constructive feedback. In the group coaching calls we share where we’re at, and Briony supports.

  • Extensive Online Content

Members get full access to Briony’s app, Your Song, which has 15 years’ music teaching experience poured into the many courses. Topics cover improvisation, voice, rhythm, harmony, melody; also for women, Upper Mouth Lower Mouth with twerk and belly dance teachers to integrate pelvic and vocal liberation (they’re connected). Music theory, creativity, ear based musicianship; this pedagogy is a rigorous way into music that’s potent for singers, ear based players, and folks who feel alienated by dots-based music learning.

  • Flow Your Own Way

You start when you start, pause when you pause, stop when you stop, come back when you want to. You go through the online courses that you want at your own pace. You journey your way, and check in when you can in the Monday calls to keep connected with others and for Briony to support you.

Cost & Commitment

Sliding scale monthly fee of $30 - $100 / £20 - £70: you pick your price when you register.

For that, you get all the app content and can join the weekly calls. 1:1 sessions with Briony are extra.

If you pause or stop your membership, this access ends. You can pick up again any time.

If you wish to make musical & vocal progress, allocate space and regular time for practice. The more time you give, and the more you cultivate your practice, the more competence and, in time, mastery you will develop.

If you don’t, you won’t make much improvement, but you might have some fun on Mondays. Briony will support your intention; ultimately the responsibility for your practice is yours.

Join the calls when you can; they will not be recorded so you make it when you make it and don’t when you don’t.

Authenticity & Spirituality

Vocal Improvisation is a beautiful way to let your inner life express itself, through your singing. It connects you to your truth through art.

When we build layers of safety between us, this makes improvising together a powerful way to support one another in life.

Most improvisers have some kind of spiritual language for where the music comes from. A direct route to Muse. Finding our way there.
